Velfera holds a growing list of wholesale properties ranging in 40-50% less than the market value thus, providing a substantial margin for acquired equity. Project properties selected are in excellent demographic areas of several cities such as Beverly Hills & Santa Barbara Ca., Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, AZ, The Villages, FL and more. Property
values within these areas have increased in the past 5 years and projections show that they will continue to do so
considering their sustained growth and expansion. These homes or commercial properties require a fraction of the wholesale cost to be refurbished and customarily take less than a year to complete. The selection of properties for acquisition is continuous and expanding with new developments projects as well.
Private Investment
Velfera’s structuring and placement capacity is focused on addressing and providing innovative solutions to complex issues and challenges across the globe. Our private investment team specializes in tailoring efficient and cost-effective corporate finance solutions from accessing capital markets to restructuring balance sheets, seeking acquisition or disposition candidates, risk abatement and a portfolio of structural and valuable leadership services. Cunningham Automotive Inc.
Our recent acquisition of this iconic Motorsports Brand and Vehicle Manufacturing Company with a history that spans back 75 years to 1950 when famed race car driver and Team owner Briggs Swift Cunningham began his Legendary Motorsports career. The Cunningham Brand was one of the leading racing names in the world for 67 years of the Brands existence amassing 6 Class Wins at Le Mans between 1950 & 1962, numerous SCCA driver Championships and finally an ARCA National Championship in 2017.
Briggs Cunningham wanted to build American sports cars that could take on the world and win, and he did. We are proud to continue his legacy with several new additions to his original builds that won their class at the 24-hour of Le Mans in 1951. 1952, 1953, 1954, 1960 and 1962. There are few privateer teams that that have shown such dominance at Le Mans, and the further build on Briggs Cunningham's methos he also won the America's Cup in 1958 the world's greatest sailing race!
Today Cunningham Automotive is focused on producing sports cars that offer a level of attention to detail rarely seen in the custom boutique sports cars and truly are rolling pieces of art and status that bring a level of performance equal to their appearance. Every metric—Acceleration, Handling, Braking, Downforce—have all been improved with a focus on the driving experience and investment quality engineering.
We are currently providing our investors with a $25 Million placement request for the expansion of this iconic brand. Our additions to the car line, merchandizing, financing, and a major feature film for theaters of the “Briggs Cunningham racing history.” (Similar to the “Ford vs Ferrari Story,” and “F1” films) Each division to be separately funded as project financings, thus, driving the value well above $2Billion Dollars in value withing Forty-Eight to Sixty (48-60) months.
